Marknaden för digitala kameror är synnerligen omogen: prestanda stiger och priserna sjunker. Köp en ny kamera, t ex Canon PowerShot G3. Den kostar ca 10000 kr.

you have to excuse me but I just don't understand this comment...if the market is immature and prices are sinking, especially on secondhand cameras, why buy a new one?
With people changing their digital cameras more often than they change their underwear, the chances of getting a GREAT deal on a hardly used camera are VERY good right now.
Why would I want to buy a new one, walk out of the shop door and immediately lose SEK 5000?
If I buy a secondhand one for SEK 5000 and decide I want something better quite soon after, which I probably will, I stand to lose a heck of lot less on my used camera than I would have done on my new one, right?
I'd say, if you're not a professional photographer, you don't need to always be on the cutting edge of digital technology. You therefore have a huge advantage when it comes to not losing massive amounts of money.
If you, instead, stay one step behind, buying the model that was "just" replaced, you'll never be paying the full prices and you won't lose silly amounts of money when you next upgrade.
Plus, if you buy a secondhand one from a dealer, you'll still have a warranty, so no worries there, either...
Johanna: my advice is to look for a second one, around the SEK7000 mark, for which you'll get a perfectly usable camera.
I just bought a 1 week!!! old Nikon D1x kit. If I'd have bought it new here in Sweden it would have cost me SEK 68 500 (yes, sixty eight thousand five hundred kronor) Instead I paid SEK33500 and saved myself SEK35000...see what I mean?
The amounts you are talking about are not so exagerated, but why throw a few thousand away when there's no need?
Just my opinion, of course, but I still have the receipts and the extra SEK 35000 to prove it..

Problemet är nu bara att hitta någon bra affär där de säljer begagnade kameror.Är det någon som vet av någon bra sådan affär i Stockholmsområdet? Fast jag måste erkänna att det känns lite scary att köpa en begagnad. Fast om det nu är garantier i alla fall, känns det lite lättare. Frågan är bara vad de garantierna innehåller.
För tillfället har jag en Canon Eos 50 och jag tänkte att man kanske kunde använda objektiven mellan kamerorna. Går det bra? Jag läste någon stans om att det fanns många bra begagnade Canon Eos D30. Kan det vara ett bra köp?
