Hello, I am also from finland and don't know about jobs in sweden but I suggest you start to learn swedish. It shouldn't be so difficult since you speak english, or do you just write english.
If you only speak russian and finnish you are not able to communicate and then you need to be many times better than other people if someone is going to hire you instead of someone they can talk to.
In my job, not photography, I have worked with german, french, spanish, dutch and american people, I speak swedish finnish and english and understand some german, and it can be difficult if you don't know what you work partners mean. I have problems understanding some norwegian although I speak swedish.

Hope it works out for you.
