Hej!
Mitt mail:
Good afternoon.
>>
>>Someone has taken MY pictures of Insision at put them under the
>>"insision-page".
>>The person has stolen them från Insisions homepage.
>>Who´s responsible för that? I want to know.
>>The person has changed the picture-size aswell.
>>
>>It´s NOT a bandpic, it´s 4 pics of the four bandmembers from the
>>"member"page at their site.
>>If guess You are responsible for what pics and things that are
>>added on the page, so I suggest you erase the pictures.
>>You HAVE to have permit from the "copywriters" to use ANY pics.
>>Or else its Stealing. You should know that by now.

Svaret jag fick:
Greetings,
>I don't know who put that image up, it's one of our members.
>I'm sorry but you appear to be unfamiliar with how copyrighted
>images work. These images are not watermarked nor under password
>protection, therefore there is nothing you can do about them being
>spread on the Internet, whether or not they are stuck together in a
>montage. Also, even if it were a copyright violation, it's not
>"stealing" - it'd be copyright violation (but it's not, much less in
>Sweden or Canada). Please don't use RIAA-like buzzwords.
>
>But I'm not a jerk, so if you *really* want those pics off the site
>I'll take them off, granting that you provide a suitable band
>picture as replacement. I can't be bothered to look for one.
>
