Jag vill varna alla som funderar beställa från http://www.simplyelectronics.net/. Tänk två gånger innan ni beställer!
Jag beställde (091102) Tokina AT-X 116 PRO DX AF 11-16mm F2.8 Nikon Fit från dom och betalade med kreditkort (449.95€). Väntade några dagar och kollade varje dag under My Account status på den.
Så, en dag försvan allting från My Account utan någon information. Alltså, jag hade inga orders där, så jag mailade simplyelectronic och fick följande svar:
Dear Dalibor,
Greetings from SimplyElectronics.
Upon inspection of our supplies of Tokina AT-X 116 PRO DX AF 11-16mm F2.8 Nikon Fit, we had discovered that the outer box was damaged, and therefore had to be returned. Unfortunately, the replacements are not expected to arrive within any short period of time.
We apologise for any inconveniences caused, however in this unfortunate event, would there be any other similiarly priced products listed on our site that may be suitable as a replacement? Should the price be slightly higher, we can perhaps waive this as a gesture of goodwill (please note we can only do this usually for minor differences of a few pounds). Likewise, if the price is lower, we can have this reimbursed to your account.
Kindly let us know at your earliest convenience if you wish to accept this offer, and we will do our best to expedite this for you. Otherwise, kindly advise on how we should proceed.

Unfortunately, we do not have a firm date on the arrival of any new shipment and we do not expect this shipment to arrive in the near future, thus, we have forwarded yoru cancellation request to our relevant department and once the order has been successfully cancelled, we will send you a confirmation e-mail.
Again, we apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Jag skrev att jag tror inte på dom och att jag tror att den kommer att dyka upp igen med högre pris men att jag accepterar att dom stryker min order och skickar tillbaka pengar och vill veta när kommer jag att få tillbaka mina pengar.
Så, jag fick ett svar på det, daterad till 091112:

We completely understand your concerns regarding this matter. However, since we are unable to confirm when the new stock will be available, we have thereofore cancelled the order for you. We apologise for the incovnenience caused.
Following from your e-mail, I wish I can provide you with an estimate time for the refund; however, refunds are being dealt by another department. Please be assured that once the refund has been initiated, we will send you a confirmation e-mail.
Should you have any further queries to this matter, please feel free to contact us.

Och idag, tittar jag på deras hemsidan och objektivet är där i "stock" 50€ dyrare! Jag har inte fått någon information om när kommer jag att få tillbaka mina pengar!
Väldigt dålig stil och allt detta för 50€!!?? Trodde att dom är mer seriösa än så
