Sharpening and grain problem with unterwaterpfotos - any tip`s?

Hi

I am searching to find a good technik to fix some off my photos that I take underwater.
That is offen the case when the water is not clean the visabiltity is low and the subjects ar far away.
Grain - lost of details & contrast is a common problem.
Most off my Pictures are O.K. but still I need some tips about technik or and software so that I can FIX this problem in the best way.
The photo is a good example off my problem

I have test NeatImage (but not with this great result)
My problem is that I lose details.
what i like to do in this picture is
To take away the noice (like you have done it)
To keep the details
to "lift" the two other divers so that they are "clearer" in the picture

Its not easy (eller jag är kass på Photoshop)

Hej. Det är inte ofta jag vill ta bort bruset i bilder, men när jag gör det på UV-bilder så brukar jag göra det för hand. Använd oskärpeverktyget, och måla bara vattnet till att börja med. Spar hud och sånt, låt det vara brusigt. Prova iallafall. Jag har en bild på en sköldpadda i mitt album. (Okej jag har inte lärt mig att länka...) Kolla den sköldpaddan iaf. Den var ordentligt brusig från början.
