Jag har ingen erfarenhet av Microdrive, men det här hittade jag på ett forum:

Perhaps I'm just lucky, but I've taken over 10,000 images (2048 x 1536
super-fine) and not had a single mishap on my 1G IBM microdrive. I recently
took 200 photos from the top of Mt. Fuji -- 3776m (12,500 ft) at 0 degrees C
(32 degrees F) and not problem one.
As far as I'm concerned, the only thing better than the 1G microdrive will
be its successors! : )
