Upplösningsförmåga brukar mätas i linjepar per millimeter, dvs hur många disktinkta linjepar som kan urskiljas per millimeter. Detta går förstås inte att uppnå enbart med en sensor utan man måste ha ett objektiv också.
Termen "upplösning" används också slarvigt (och inte helt korrekt) för att tala om hur många ljuskänsliga punkter en bildsensor har. (Notera att ordet "pixel" inte heller är helt korrekt när det gäller en bildsensor. En bildsensor har knappast några "picture elements" i sig. Det är bara när man har en bild som man kan tala om "picture elements".)

Och ibland begränsar optiken sensorns upplösning, dvs optiken räcker inte till.
De med gröna stjärnor är med 1Ds mark2 på 16MP och max är där 33.

Jag tror också på att en del av de 10 nya gluggarna är uppdateringar. Ex 50 1,4 af-s, 85 1,4 af-s, 180 2,8 af-s osv. Men det är nog mycket efterlängtade uppdateringar för många.

Har följdt den här tråden från och till rätt länge nu och det känns onekligen som att det håller på att dra ihop sig.
Hoppas verkligen inte att det blir ett rejält antiklimax på måndag bara. Inte för att jag står i några direkta inköpstankar men det vore ju kul för framtiden...

Den har imponerande prestanda, kostar bara ca 9300 i USA (1300$).
Den har tom AF i Live View.
Bättre AF än MarkIII????

Sen såg det ju intressant ut med det nya vertikalgreppet med trådlösöverförning och styrning av kameran.
"Designed exclusively for the EOS 40D SLR, the new Wireless File Transmitter WFT-E3A permits wireless transfer and back-up, as well as remote control of the camera in Live View mode. It can also be connected to various GPS receivers or Hi-Speed USB 2.0 external storage devices such as convenient flash drives or high-capacity hard drives with much larger storage capacity than the memory cards in the camera for instant back-up as images are captured. Compact and affordable, the WFT-E3A wireless transmitter also doubles as a vertical grip and requires its own BP-511A battery pack in addition to the battery installed in the camera body."
