Good Afternoon lads and ladies! I just found some great FREE Photoshop Actions (27 in all)
They were written by a guy called Twang and as such he named them 'TwangsAKSHUNZ'
I posted them at the usual place in the "Photoshop Actions/Plugins" section:

Here's his description of them and I quote:
"You'll find some cool sepia and black 'n white tinting tools, painting with light and watercolor, sketch effects, soft focus (for glamour shots), various image (un)sharpening techniques, and recently added a cool 'Beam of Light' ... more. Also, a new original 'Universal Painter interactive (UPi v1.0)'...this one sets up the layers and layer mask for you and allows 'you' control to add any PS or 3rd party filter(s) to your image, and paint/brush that effect selectively into another layer."
