Har du köpt en 10D för 19000:- och vill ha två bra objektiv för totalt 3000:-??? Du kan köpa ett 50/1.8 för drygt tusen. Det är riktigt bra. Bra zoomar kostar ganska många tusenlappar. De du räknar upp är, sorgligt nog, extremt dåliga i alla avseenden. En 10D kräver det bästa för bra resultat.
Ett 28-135IS är bra och billigt, bara 6494:- hos Cyberphoto.

Strengths:
None Really

Zoom is rough
Makes plasticy noises when you turn zoom ring
Soft
Slow
Hunts in low light
MF is just a little ring at the end of lens-really bad"
"Canon EF 75-300mm f/4-5.6III

Summary:
If you can afford ANY OTHER LENS go for it. This Lens in Canon's otherwise impeccible Lens line up is just Horrid. Even a beginner will grow out of this one very quickly.
I am getting older now so weight is becoming important -- however the quality degradation of this Lens would want me to stop photography and take up the Piano instead.
Get anything else instead even beginners out there a 50 MM 1.8 Prime can be had for peanuts and is much much better
Strengths:
Cheap
Light
Good range
Weaknesses:
Slow
Heavy Vignetting
Cheap and nasty plasticy feel
Worst glass quality ever seen from a Canon Lens"
