Domestic orders shipped by air are generally processed for shipment the next weekday following the order date if they are received by KEH before 9:00 pm ET. Orders that request overnight delivery are shipped the same day (Monday - Friday) if received by KEH before 1:30 pm ET. Orders being shipped ground are generally shipped on the second business day after being received.
Once an order is processed and shipped, each customer will receive an email with important delivery information from UPS.
All emails will be sent to the same address used to place the Internet order with KEH.
Please note that your shipment may be delayed if your charge on your credit card is declined or the address given to us on the order does not match the credit card billing address.
By submitting your online order, you have agreed to be bound by KEH's return policy as stated below:
Returns are allowed within 14 days of invoice date and are subject to the following conditions:
* NEW items must be in perfect, brand new condition and returned in manufacturer's original undamaged box. All manufacturer's original packing materials, accessories and original unused warranty cards must also be included and in perfect condition.
* USED items must be in same condition as originally shipped.
* Returned items must be shipped prepaid to KEH.
* Returned items shipped COD or "shipping charges collect" will not be accepted.
* Returned items that do not meet the above conditions or products containing opened software will be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.

Service would be $48.95. This charge includes all brokerage fees but does
not include customs charges and local taxes which would be assessed at the
time of delivery. Customs charges may vary depending on the country of

Dear Tim
I have talked to my bank about sending you a photocopy of my credit card,
due to that I; 1st, don't feel safe to send a copy of it over the i-net or
by fax, and 2nd, never have been exposed to that a company needs a copy of
the card. Which would give you my reg.nr. and bankaccount nr.
An my bank said this:
"I wouldn't do that. You will in that case show your accountnr., when they
are asking for both front and rear, so I wouldn't do that. I would prefer to
buy my equipment other places. It's much to riscy.
In reallity they only need your cardnr. and the 3 controlnr.
Skandiabanken"
Well... So unless we can solv it in another way, I can not do a trade with
you.

The problem that we have is that we have dozens of orders every week that
are placed using stolen credit cards. For credit cards issued by a bank in
the US we can call the bank and confirm the customer's name and address. It
is much harder to do this for overseas accounts. I can understand your fears
that your documents might be compromised. If you prefer you may send us a
money order or do a wire transfer to our account. If you prefer to do a wire

cord S (50 cm, 20 in.) hidden somewhere,) to the order and send me the

What is "ABA"?
