De skillnader jag uppfattat hittils:
A330 är lite mindre och ser annorlunda ut.
A330 har ett lättare menysystem.
A330 klarar fler sortes minneskort, bland annat SD-kort.
A330 är något segare vid sekvenstagning (

Något mer?
Finns en ganska bra sammanfattning här:

Some Changes/Additions on the new A330 vs. the A300
Here is a basic compilation of some of the differences between the new models vs. the older models. For new users, these may not matter to you, but later one you might appreciate this list as a reference. Overall specifications haven't changed much as far as performance is concerned (namely just battery life, flash power, and frames per second) but in my mind are worth noting.
* Exterior addition of rubber grip on the left side of the camera and back panel for thumb support
* Improved overall build quality (much more solid in feel overall)
* Mirror slap is noticabley quieter than the A300, and overall the quietest Alpha yet
* Dual card slots ( the first camera of this class to have dual slots) supports the highly popular SD format, and the Memory Stick behind left hand side sliding door (slot moved from right hand side purposefully)
* On board flash is sturdier and lifts higher for less lens shadowing during flash
* Drastically changed menu system and complete redesign for easier more natural operation
* LCD visibility/brightness control for A330/380 models, has a sensor that will automatically increase brightness in difficult lighting situations (adjustable in 5 steps)
* Increased viewing angles for overhead/waist level operation for LCD and redesign of physical operation (will still not swivel however)
* Noticable lighter weight and smaller dimensions overall
* Reduced initial MSRP by $50.00 USD over past models at introduction
* Improved DRO effectiveness (stronger more visible effect), and white balance from the Jpeg Engine
* All 9 auto focus points now easier to see through the optical viewfinder, with boxes around each point, and visible orange confirmation light
* Self Timer will can be engaged to take 3-5 shots in rapid fire modes (3-5 images @ 2.5 fps)
* HDMI output (which now makes all Alphas HDMI compatible)
* A330 additionally available in an attractive "copper brown" color
* All switches and buttons are of higher quality and larger in size
* New battery NP-FH50 (same battery as the HX1, 510 shots OVF, 230 live view approximate)
* Redesigned grip
* Customizable menu color display (black, white, pink, copper brown)
* Continuous frame rate now 2.5FPS in OVF mode, 2fps Live View vs. 3 fps OVF mode and 2.0 fps Live View on A300
* Relocation of flash access, control wheel, menu button, power on/off switch
* Improved visual focus confirmation at all 9 auto focus points when looking through the optical viewfinder (up to 3 areas simultaneously light up)
* No longer a kelvin white balance mode (where you could change the kelvin value manually), darn, I really liked that
* No WB bracketing
* AEL Lock button removed
* New and improved SAM 18-55mm Kit Lens (with kit purchase)
Features that remain the same as the previous A300 model
Some of the features that haven't changed from the previous model are as follows:
* No MLU (Mirror Lock Up) feature
* No Spot AEL spot metering/toggle feature, or DMF mode (to be clear it has a spot metering feature, just not a spot AEL toggle feature)
* Optical Viewfinder (95%) coverage and .74x magnification, and LCD Live View coverage (90%)
* In-Body focus motor (support of legacy lenses, eat your heart out Nikon users)
* No DOF (depth of field) Preview
* Smart Teleconvertor Feature
* Resolutions (mega pixels) and CCD
* Noise Reduction On/Off in the Menu
* Wireless flash capability
